Please choose vinyl color and decal size from the drop down menus. Decal is made of high quality UV Resistant Waterproof Vinyl with an outdoor life of 5+ years. We use several different industry-leading brands in order to bring you the most color choices. All vinyl will remove cleanly, but CANNOT be repositioned. It is very important to line up your art and tape the corners to step back and look at it BEFORE the final application to the vehicle or wall. How the sizing works: Sizes are measured TO THE LONGEST SIDE whether it be width or height. Suggested sizes: ***sizes are measured by width*** YETI Colster - 3" YETI Rambler 20 oz. - 3" YETI Rambler 30 oz. - 3.5" or 4" Application Your art arrives in three pieces – the bottom layer is a “carrier sheet”, then the vinyl, then an application tape on top. You MUST make sure your item is clean and dust free – any dirt or debris on the substrate (the item you apply the vinyl to) will keep your art from sticking properly. Then, eyeball AND/OR measure where you want your decal to be. Once you have lined up your decal and you know where you’d like to apply it, you need to remove the back (carrier sheet), and make sure the design has completely “stuck” to the application tape. Carefully position your art on the substrate, then use a hard, flat object to smooth it on, such as a credit card. Once you have rubbed the entire design, gently start to peel the transfer tape off, leaving the design on the substrate. If the design starts to come off with the tape, simply lay the tape back down and rub again until the design sticks. Shipping Details We ship 5-6 days a week, depending on our schedule (i.e. we can’t always ship on Saturdays, but we DO ship every day, M-F!). Due to the fact that most of what we sell is completely custom, it can take up to three BUSINESS days to create and ship your decal. For instance, if you purchase on Friday, we may not ship until Tuesday (business days of Friday, Monday, and Tuesday). We definitely try to ship sooner rather than later, but there are sometimes issues that prevent us from shipping right away. Application Tips & Common Issues Although our decals are made of quality vinyl, there are sometimes application issues due to the substrate not being smooth and/or clean. If your vinyl sticks to the carrier sheet when trying to remove it, all you need to do is rub the top of the vinyl “sandwich” until the carrier sheet comes off cleanly. If your decal seems to stick to the transfer tape and not the wall, simply lay the design and transfer tape back down, and rub again until it sticks! Feedback and Problems Although we do not anticipate you will have problems, sometimes things happen. If the design has a defect that WE have caused, we will gladly replace your item. We DO NOT accept returns/refunds on items that were applied incorrectly! We send superior quality vinyl to you, and provide you with very detailed instructions. If you make an error in application, please do not expect us to replace your decal free of charge for a problem you created. We will, however, offer to help you out by sending a replacement decal at a 25% discount! Just message us and we will work that out with you.
